Head Coach
Luka Milicevic
Luka currently leads Bethel College as the Head Coach. In the 2023 season Milicevic solely served as the men's soccer coach. The Threshers finished with a record of 8-6-5 (7-3-3 in KCAC) and made a KCAC postseason tournament appearance,
The Belgrade, Serbia native played soccer at Oklahoma Wesleyan from 2013-2017.
After graduting from OKWU with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Milicevic joined the Eagles staff as a Graduate Assistant. He spent three seasons as a coach in Bartlesville where he helped the team to a 63-8-3 record while reaching the National Championship game in 2020.
In the fall of 2021, Milicevic moved up the ranks to become an Assistant Coach at NCAA DII Rogers State University on the women's side. The Hillcats went 9-8-1 in the single season that Milicevic spent in Claremore.

Associate Head Coach
Ivan Ristic
Born in Belgrade Serbia, Ivan Ristic just completed his 6th year as the Head Coach of the Oklahoma Wesleyan University women's soccer team.
As the Lady Eagles head coach, Ristic holds a 111-14-9 record.
In his first year as coach (2019), Eagles won the KCAC Regular-Season and Tournament Championships with an unbeaten conference record. They made the NAIA National Tournament and advanced to the second round, finishing the season with a 19-4-0 record.
Coach Ristic is entering his first year as the Associate Head Coach for the Buffaloes.
