FC Bartlesville Gets 5 Wins In a Row

Win over Tulsa Athletic gets us to our 5th win in a row -
FC Bartlesville - Tulsa Athletic 10-0.
On the last day of May, FC Bartlesville hosted Tulsa Athletic at the OKWU Soccer Fields! The kick-off that was scheduled for 5 pm attracted a little over 200 people. The Buffaloes had the opportunity to win their 5th game in a row and get a little closer to clinching the regular season title!
The home side was the dominant one from the first whistle as they controlled the possession and created their first opportunity within the opening 3 minutes.
Luka Djurovic was the first person to score for the Buffaloes after Brandon O'Rourke made a pass with his heel.
Not long after the first goal, the Buffaloes doubled their lead. Luka was again one of the players involved in the goal. This time, his pass was enough to break the last line of defense and get Cristobal Goldberg in front of the goalkeeper. Cris was calm and placed the ball in the bottom right corner.
The first half saw one more goal for FC Bartlesville. Luka Djurovic was yet again involved, but this time his pass found Brandon O'Rourke. Brandon took one 2-player before making the shot that ended up in the net.
The half-time score was 3:0 in favor of FC Bartlesville.
As always, when we play at home, we were happy to see many participants in our half-time shows.
Rhapsody of goals was seen in the second half. Buffaloes could not stop scoring as the scoreboard was showing 10:0 at the end of the game.
Brandon O'Rourke, who was the man of the match, ended this game with 4 goals and 3 assists!
Aidan De Gannes added 2 goals to his name as well!
The last goal of the night was the deed of Erik Hjertsson!
The Buffaloes are back on the field on Wednesday, against FC Comets. The match is played in Joplin, MO. The kick-off is at 7 pm. You will be able to watch this game with the link we will provide before the kick-off.
